Addictive Monster Cookie Recipe

Easy Monster CookiesBeware!!!  These cookies are very addictive, and they contain absolutely NO FLOUR!!!  You can make them into really big cookies or the normal size.  Let them set awhile after baking before you put them into an airtight container or they will fall apart on you.  They are a very moist, chewy cookie.  I like making the bigger recipe so that I can freeze some for another time.  If you are making the large recipe, make sure you have a good-sized bowl for mixing.  It works well to cut the recipe in half if you don't want a large quantity, too.

MONSTER Cookies

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 sticks of margarine or butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 T.
  • 9 cups of oatmeal
  • 1/2 T. white corn syrup
  •  1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bag M & M's

Mix the eggs, margarine or butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, peanut butter, baking soda, white sugar, and vanilla.  Fold in the oatmeal, M & M's, and chocolate chips.  Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes on ungreased cooky sheet.  These cookies will be slightly browned when you take them out of the oven.   This recipe yields approximately 60 cookies, depending on how big you make them. Enjoy!
